Maintain the cleanliness of model apartments and the tour pathKnow your occupancy, available inventory, and which apartments are ready for toursRun leasing applicationsVisit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materialsPrepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files Qualifications High School education or equivalentAble to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formYou have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and softwareAble to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the propertyWe’re invested in you — because your well-being fuels your success.
