Founded in 1980, the Advantage family of companies has proudly delivered compassionate, dependable care to Midwestern families for more than 30 years.About the Role – Outside Sales RepresentativeThe Outside Sales Representative is a motivated and results-driven professional responsible for driving growth and expanding Advantage Home Care’s presence within the community. This role involves face-to-face engagement, outreach, and relationship-building to connect families with essential home care services.This is a Full-Time, Business to Consumer (B2C) role meeting and speaking with potential prospects in the field. Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfactionEducate potential clients about the services Advantage Home Care providesBuild and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention and referralsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territoryRecord and manage customer data accurately within a CRM systemMeet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commissionWhat We OfferCompetitive base pay/monthly expense allowance plus uncapped commission10 paid holidays2 weeks of PTOHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) (after 1 year)QualificationsSelf-starter with a strong work ethicFriendly, outgoing, and able to connect quickly with othersMotivated and results-oriented with a drive for successInnovative and open to new ideasFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesOutside sales experience preferred but not requiredMust have reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s licenseMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningScheduleMonday through Friday, typical business hoursFor more information about Sales Focus Inc., visit .
