Gain visibility and influence across Minnesota's senior care industry. Position Summary We are looking for a Sales Liaison to spearhead business development efforts across the Twin Cities. You'll serve as the bridge between senior living operators and one of Minnesota's fastest-growing physician groups, building partnerships that expand access to on-site primary and specialty care for aging adults. This role is built for someone who thrives in relationship-building, prospecting, and closing deals with purpose. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior living and assisted living operators across the Twin Cities. Partner with Executive Directors, Directors of Nursing, and ownership groups to understand needs and develop tailored solutions. Drive lead generation and outreach efforts, leading presentations and closing new partnership agreements. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational success of new sites. Track metrics, forecast activity, and refine growth strategies using data-driven insights. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong prospecting skills and confidence in executive-level outreach and presentations. Entrepreneurial mindset, organized, self-directed, and results-oriented. Education & Experience Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, or account management. Experience negotiating contracts and building long-term professional relationships. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred.
