Papa John’s is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager. Along with a competitive salary, you’ll also be rewarded with an incentive-driven bonus plan that recognizes your hard work and successThis is your opportunity to become a key player in the continued growth of Papa John’s, where you’ll have the chance to lead a dedicated team and make a significant impact on the business.Compensation:$45,000 - $75,000 per yearResponsibilities:Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste. Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. Qualifications:3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments. Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability. Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings.
