Quality Program Senior ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Bombers Quality Program Senior Manager to support the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) organization in Oklahoma City, OKThis role will serve as a Quality Engineer and Senior Program Manager to lead the Bombers portfolio.Position Responsibilities:· Manages employees and mid-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.· Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.· Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.· Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.· Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.· Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.· Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
