Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Bombers Quality Program Senior Manager to support the Mobility, Surveillance, and Bombers (MS&B) organization in Oklahoma City, OKThis role will serve as a Quality Engineer and Senior Program Manager to lead the Bombers portfolio.Position Responsibilities:Manages employees and mid-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's Degree or Higher10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment10+ years of experience leading and managing diverse teams3+ years of experience working with Defense contracts and customer requirements3+ years of experience with quality tools such as APQP, EQI, RCCAPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years in a senior management positionDegree in STEMWorking experience of pertinent quality improvement tools and techniques including 8D, Six sigma, Value stream mapping and LEANThis position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
