Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Are you compassionate, reliable and have great communication skills? Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families? If you answered yes to the above, we would love to hear from youPositions are for a variety of kiddos of age and gender. More details about kiddo are discussed during the interviewPositions available Hours vary from 8 hours a week to 30 Pay ranges from $10-$17 an hour Bloomer, WI Eau Claire, WI Menomonie, WI New Auburn, WI Tasks may include Meal Prep/ Feeding tubes Housekeeping (tasks related only to member) Community outings (park/mall/movies) Arts and crafts Playing with kiddos Dressing kiddos as needed Transferring kiddos as needed Medications management Transportation as needed Benefits: You will be working for a family that is very appreciative of what you do You would be helping a family live their best life Flexible scheduling Possible mileage What are we looking for?: Positive attitude, reliability and hard working candidates encouraged to apply Flexible scheduling Must be willing to have background check completed Valid driver's license Experience with caregiving recommended but not required New applicants wanting to start respite are welcome *If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
