Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. Are you compassionate, reliable and have great communication skills? Do you love helping people? Do you love working with youth and families?If you answered yes to the above, we would love to hear from you Positions are for a variety of kiddos of age and gender. More details about kiddo are discussed during the interviewPositions available•Hours vary from 8 hours a week to 30 hours•Pay ranges from $10-$17 an hour•Bloomer, WI•Eau Claire, WI•Menomonie, WI•New Auburn, WITasks may include:•Meal Prep/ Feeding tubes•Housekeeping (tasks related only to member)•Community outings (park/mall/movies)•Arts and crafts•Playing with kiddos•Dressing kiddos as needed•Transferring kiddos as needed•Medications management•Transportation as neededBenefits:•You will be working for a family that is very appreciative of what you do You would be helping a family live their best life •Flexible scheduling•Possible mileageWhat are we looking for?:• Positive attitude, reliability, and hard-working candidates encouraged to apply•Flexible scheduling•Must be willing to have background check completed•Valid driver's license•Experience with caregiving recommended but not required•New applicants wanting to start respite are welcome
