What We're Looking For: Barge Design Solutions seeks a talented Sr. Electrical Engineer (PE) for our Nashville, TN office or other Barge a thriving team and power your career with impactful projects and a supportive, employee-owned culture.What you get:Lead the Charge: Own electrical design on diverse, challenging projects.Growth & Mentorship: Advance your career with opportunities for development and mentorship from experienced professionals.Collaborative Culture: Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, work-life balance, and its employees.Make a Real Impact: Contribute to projects that shape communities and industries, from wastewater treatment to commercial and industrial facilities.Responsibilities:Spearhead electrical design for multi-discipline projects.Provide technical expertise and develop innovative solutions.Design electrical systems for diverse facilities (water/wastewater, commercial, industrial, federal, DOD, etc.).Design site utility and lighting systems.Perform calculations and analyses for electrical systems.Review designs for quality assurance.Mentor junior engineers.Cultivate strong relationships with clients and project managers.Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license.8+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer with a consulting firmExperience in automotive manufacturing, tire manufacturing, or water/wastewater treatment is a plus.Revit proficiency is preferred.Why join us?
