The right candidate will join a team of professionals deeply invested in quality, integrity, and personal growth.Responsibilities:Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses, fiduciaries, and nonprofitsProvide proactive tax planning and compliance consultingLead and mentor team members while promoting a positive, high-performance cultureActively contribute to firm leadership, business development, and strategic initiativesQualifications:Active CPA license required; Master’s in Tax preferred5+ years in public accounting with demonstrated leadershipExpertise in complex tax matters and strong general tax knowledgeStrong communication, client service, and business development skillsExperience with UltraTax, CCH, or ProSystems tax software#zrsep
