The flexibility and great benefitsWe’re seeking an experienced Tax Manager with excellent client service skills to join this close-knit team. The firm serves a diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TAX MANAGERPreparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates.Lead tax planning and strategy engagements for clients in various industries.Research and resolve complex tax issues, providing well-supported recommendations and solutions.Maintain strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.Monitor workflow and deadlines to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.Stay current on tax law changes and professional standards; share knowledge with the team.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS OF THE TAX MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Taxation a plusCPA5-10 years of progressive tax experience in public accountingStrong knowledge of tax compliance, planning, and researchExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with tax preparation software (e.g., CCH ProSystem Fx) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to excellence and continuous improvementHighest level of honesty and integrityTarget salary range: $120,000 – $150,000+ DOE. PTO, insurance, 401K, continuing education, and more
