Work authorizationrequired.WHAT YOU’LLDOOurSushiCook II’sare responsible forpreparing and plating menu items to Four Seasons standards. This role requiresproficiencyin knife skills, the ability to work all stations, understand product usage and availability, and lead the kitchen in the absence of aSushiCook I. As a team leader, theSushiCook II supports daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and training, while fostering a positive, professional work environment.
