Mechanical Project Manager 12740 Gran Bay Parkway suite 140, Jacksonville, FL, USA 115000.00-130000.00 per year Exempt Salary Full Time We, at RQ, LLC are looking for Mechanical Project Manager (MPM) candidates to join our growing Mechanical team located in the Jacksonville, FL/Kings Bay, GA area. Our Mechanical PM's are responsible for the daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all mechanical construction activities, mechanical superintendents, and subcontractors on a project jobsite to safely produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. This position may also assist the Pre-Construction Manager as required with other scopes of work. Local candidates (to the greater Jacksonville, FL area) will be given priority, though relocation will be considered. Travel to on-site project management locations on base installations will be required for the MPM position. Pay: $115,000.00-130,000.00 per year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision; Vacation, Sick, Holiday Pay; 401K/Match Qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required for this position. Courses in project management, construction management, mechanical trade school, BIM and CADD, etc. preferred. Five or more years work experience as a Mechanical Project Manager responsible for numerous projects and sizes (of the mechanical scope) of at least $5,000,000 (commercial or industrial) required. Five or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience with mechanical systems highly desirable; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred. Work in the design-build industry is preferred. Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6) preferred. Training can be provided. Specific software literacy (BIM) preferred.
