Overview Join our innovative team to lead mechanical projects for a large?scale ambulatory care center and dental clinic. We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join our Field Operations team, located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Initial training may be conducted state?side at Kings Bay Naval Base, GA. Our Mechanical Project Managers supervise, direct, and coordinate all mechanical construction activities on our projects, collaborating with mechanical trades superintendents, subcontractors, and the RQ team. We are committed to delivering quality work within the governments specified requirements, budget, and schedule, from conceptual design to completion, supporting RQs Mission, Vision, and Values. Key Responsibilities Daily supervision, direction, and coordination of mechanical construction activities. Collaboration with mechanical trades superintendents, subcontractors, and team members. Management of more than one mechanical project simultaneously. Ensure projects meet government specifications, budget goals, and schedule targets. Maintain quality and safety standards throughout project lifecycle. Required Qualifications Preferred: 4?year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management; minimum: high school diploma or GED. Preferred courses: project management, construction management, mechanical trade school, BIM and CADD. Five or more years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager on projects of at least $5,000,000 (commercial/government). Preferred: Government, military, or large commercial construction experience; design?build industry experience highly desirable. Preferred: Demonstrated track record in medical centers, dental facilities, or other healthcare environments. Computer literacy: Outlook, Word, Excel, Primavera P6; training available. Software literacy: BIM; training available. Benefits and Compensation Salary: $130,000$150,000 Company?provided housing for self and dependents on the island, company?provided vehicle, paid utilities, company?paid quarterly trips back to home, and generous foreign?income exclusion eligibility.
