This role requires professional-level administrative expertise and discretion in supporting registered professionals executing capital and minor contracts campus-wide. Key responsibilities include leading the design and construction procurement process, assisting multiple project managers, and standardizing procedures for project budgets and record-keeping. The role also involves drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations; managing calendars and meetings; overseeing onboarding and staffing logistics; and assisting with departmental training and maintenance of the capital projects calendar.
