Responsibilities :Preparation of visa and permanent residency petitions for current or prospective employees, including: Collecting documentation from applicantsConduction Prevailing Wage analysis, documenting recruiting and candidate analysisPreparing Labor Condition ApplicationsRespond to HR, management and foreign national candidates about the status of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions.
