As part of the Vivo Healthcare network, we combine clinical excellence with a strong sense of community and teamwork.Position OverviewThe Director of Admissions is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the admissions process—from inquiry to admission. This key leadership role works closely with hospital discharge planners, physicians, and families to ensure timely and smooth transitions into our care.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all admissions and referral processes for the facility.Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, and community partners.Conduct tours and present Vivo Healthcare Gateway as a trusted choice for short-term rehab and long-term care.Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure appropriate placement and resident satisfaction.Maintain accurate census data, reports, and compliance with regulatory standards.QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of admissions or marketing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or healthcare setting.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance verification preferred.Passion for helping seniors and their families navigate the care process.Why Join Vivo Healthcare Gateway?Competitive salary and benefits package.Supportive, team-oriented culture.Opportunities for growth within the Vivo Healthcare network.The chance to make a meaningful difference every day.Apply today #vivocorp
