Our proprietary, cutting-edge natural language processing capabilities transform unstructured data into meaningful experiences that increase productivity with unmatched accuracy and speed.The Solutions Manager role offers an opportunity to apply and extend cutting-edge AI to address critical challenges for Pryons customers and partners in the High-Tech, Life Sciences, Financial Services, and Legal sectors. Pryon Solutions Managers work with customer executives and leaders to identify their highest priority business and technical problems and solve them leveraging Pryonss proprietary AI platform. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively on how to apply NLP, AI, and ML techniques to the knowledge management segment, and will feel comfortable distilling and presenting technical solutions to both business and technical audiences. Candidates must possess strong structured thinking, communication skills, technical knowledge (ideally in the AI/ML/NLP space), as well as proven abilities to work jointly with software engineers, data scientists, and other subject experts. In This Role, You Will:Collaborate with customer business and technology leaders to identify compelling use cases for the Pryon Platform, perform detailed scoping exercises and feasibility studies. Define the economic impact of deploying the Pryon Platform to address customers business challenges Provide input on product direction and strategy based on direct customer experience and feedback serve as internal voice of the customer within Pryon Build and validatepowerful RAG workflows leveraging and extending Pryons platform. Perform customer-facing configuration, software development and testing, solution deployment, training, and change management activities to drive successful go-lives of Pryon-powered customer solutions and stimulate adoption and business value. What You'll Need to Be Successful:Bachelors degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field (Masters Degree preferred) 7 years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting Experience and deep interest in working with AI/ML, NLP, knowledge management, and cloud computing technologies Programming experience in NLP, ML, AI, and data science in general (Python preferred) Familiarity with cloud-based architectures Understanding of the competitive landscape in NLP and knowledge management platforms Competency in public speaking and senior stakeholder interaction Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas Benefits for Full Time Employees: - Remote first organization- 100% Company paid Health/Dental/Vision benefits for you and your dependents- Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability- 401k- Unlimited PTOWe are interested in every qualified candidate who is authorized to work in the United States.
