As a Senior Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of CDH specialists focused on delivering real-time decisioning strategies that optimize customer experiences and business outcomes.You'll be a hands-on leader guiding a team of expert consultants who work 1:1 with clients to implement sophisticated customer engagement engines, personalization strategies, and real-time decisioning solutions. Your role will blend coaching, commercial acumen, and solution excellence to drive both team performance and measurable business impact for our clients.
