For our amazing team, we offer great benefits, an uplifting team environment, and opportunities for advancement and growth WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:As a Customer Service Rep, you'll work a full-time schedule between Monday - Friday OR Tuesday - Saturday. You'll be the friendly voice answering customer inquiries, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Your responsibilities also include efficiently scheduling service appointments and dispatching our skilled technicians to provide plumbing solutions. You'll maintain meticulous customer records, ensuring that billing and invoicing processes run smoothly. Collaboration is key as you work closely with our field technicians to provide timely updates to our valued customers. You'll also play a crucial role in obtaining permits for specific jobs, ensuring that our projects run seamlessly. Your expertise in booking leads and delivering exceptional service to our clients is instrumental in our success QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP:Customer service experienceDispatching experienceAbility to adapt and work well under pressureStrong communication skillsOutgoing personality with a lot of patienceProficient in managing and posting content on company social media accountsPreferred Qualifications:Proficiency in computer applications is a bonusAbility to speak Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse clienteleKnowledge of creating engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, to effectively promote the company's brand would be a plusJOIN USIf you're ready to join a company that values its employees as much as its customers, we'd love to hear from you.
