Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service roles preferred, ideally in the insurance industry. Insurance Experience: 3+ Years of experience in the Insurance Industry, specifically Home and Auto Insurance.Location: Must be willing to work in-office at our Palm Beach Gardens, Florida location.Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling policy-related documentation. Professionalism: Demonstrated professionalism in dealing with clients and handling confidential information. Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using basic computer software and insurance agency systems.
