Outside Sales Professional – Packaging Solutions A large, established packaging service company based in Illinois is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Professional to join their growing team. This role is designed for a self-motivated sales driver who thrives on building relationships, expanding accounts, and increasing revenue without the constraints of micromanagement. Key Responsibilities: Grow and manage a book of business while developing new customer relationshipsIdentify opportunities to provide value-driven packaging solutions across diverse industriesManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, closing, and ongoing account supportCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless serviceStay informed on market trends, competitive products, and distribution strategies Qualifications: 3–5 years of successful sales experience in packaging solutionsBackground in distribution sales strongly desiredProven ability to expand and retain accounts through consultative, relationship-driven salesStrong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindsetIndependent, motivated, and effective at driving results in an old-school, relationship-focused sales environmentFlexible travel expectations to support customer engagement and business growth Compensation: Base salary: $80K–$100K, commensurate with experienceAdditional earning potential through uncapped commissions This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional who enjoys autonomy, values long-term client partnerships, and wants to be part of a stable company with a strong industry presence.Please submit a resume for consideration.
