This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote  Responsibilities Leads a collaborative and cross-functional team in delivering a world-class customer engagement and lifecycle experience Be the internal champion for the needs of the churches we serve Develops and continually improve the lifecycle stages and lead score model in collaboration with key stakeholders Develops top-of-funnel, cross-channel content campaigns  Determines the best nurture strategy and ideal brand touchpoints for each persona, segment, etc. Drives conversion, increasing customer loyalty and lifetime value through customer engagement, and sheer delight Owns SEO strategy and content creation (including gated lead magnets) to drive new traffic through search Builds a culture of testing, iteration, and continual optimization Travel, including occassionally overnight Qualifications Education  Bachelor's degree, Required MBA Strategy, Marketing, or similar strongly preferred Experience / Skills Required Live out , showing deep commitment to Kingdom work 10+ years experience with inbound, content, and/or lifecycle marketing 8+ years experience leading a team 5+ data-informed marketing background managing top-of-funnel engagement campaigns 3+ SEO strategy, and content marketing/nurture programs that span the entire customer journey 5+ years experience in SaaS and/or serving church customer needs Advanced understanding of church polity across Christian denominations Advanced understanding of the Christian content market and its customers Strong operational and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills.  Excellent presentation skills both externally and internally  Member or attending an evangelical Christian church Experience / Skills Preferred Church staff experience, strongly preferred Options Sorry
