- You will play a key role in achieving our sales objectives while mentoring and motivating a talented group of sales professionals.

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- A strong track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- A strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Life and Health insurance license required upon hire.
