  • Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our life insurance products.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing team performance, and fostering a culture of success within the branch.
  • You will play a key role in achieving our sales objectives while mentoring and motivating a talented group of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
  • Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
Recruit, Train, and Mentor Sales Team:
  • Build and maintain a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing support, training, and professional development.
Monitor Team Performance:
  • Track individual and team performance, offering feedback and coaching to ensure success.
Client & Community Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners to build trust and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and improve processes.
Qualifications Sales Management Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Leadership & Team-Building Skills:
  • A strong track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent Communication Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and team members.
Analytical Mindset:
  • Ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
Results-Oriented:
  • A strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Life and Health insurance license required upon hire.
