Assist in creating strategic and annual asset management plans that align with departmental goals and budgets. Support the development of asset needs assessments, acquisition management strategies, operational plans, and disposal plans. Plan and execute asset verification processes, investigate and report on discrepancies, and provide recommendations for resolving any issues. Additionally, establish and implement a performance measurement system to evaluate the effective utilization of assets. ResponsibilitiesOversee departmental ERP systemsDevelop and implement fleet training processes for operationsProvide support for ongoing fleet training initiativesManage project plans and milestones related to Fleet Services QualificationsSkills & Abilities:Strong work ethic and reliable.Ability to network and build relationships.Good analytical ability and mathematicalGood leadership and managementGood oral, written, communication, listening and presentationUnderstands accountAbility to interface and communicate with all tiers ofProject management skills, including profit/loss andIntroducing and integrating new technologies into existing dataPerform routine audits on System dataAnswering technical questions relating to FleetResponsible for documenting any alterations in the configuration of FleetCalculate dollar and time utilizationProvide Exceptional CustomerInput the Standardized nomenclature, CAT Codes, rates, equip family, etc. into FleetOversee Equipment UtilizationComputer Skills: Microsoft Office, Power BI, JD Edwards, Oracle FusionValid driver’sAbility to effectively supervise and improve work processesAbility to Map Process and create training documentsEducation and/ or Work Experience:College Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, or a technical community college certificate preferred10+ years’ experience in Asset Management, Fleet Management, Materials and or LogisticsProficient Computer Skills including process integration, Fleet Management Integration, data analytics, creating and managing Power BIExperience in various ERP systems, Vista, JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion preferred . Government Work a PlusPay Range: $80,000-$95,000
