We strive to create a workplace where your skills and talents are nurtured to allow you to grow within the company.In this position, you establish and grow referral relationships with physicians, referral sources, the community, and other providers in the market to grow our hospice census.Education & Experience:Experience in sales and marketing preferred.Experience in healthcare (hospice, long-term care, acute care, etc.) required.Bachelor's degree preferred.Duties & Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between the referral accounts/the community and the agency to identify and develop new potential referral sources.Develop and maintain a monthly and daily marketing plan based on needs.Maximizes census through effective marketing, sales calls, and public relations.Effectively develop and implement monthly marketing plans that are organized and strategic through geographic planning, completion of daily marketing/admission action plans, targeting account assignments, adherence to account assignments, sales call frequency, strategy for account development, and vertical account development.Manage marketing/sales budgets.Track and evaluate referrals.Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective families and applicants.About Athena Health Care Systems:Since its establishment in 1984, Athena Health Care Systems has pioneered the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
