ServiceNow Architect

OverviewThis is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.Ability to work PST hours is preferred. This position assists in the development and support of the Bank’s ServiceNow Platform. Serves as a technical resource in architecture, project planning, project management, problem resolution, and production support. Works with platform architect to design technical alternatives and solutions to management that are reliable, adaptable, and cost effective.Performs activities fitting to area of expertise, which may include designing network or internet infrastructure, creating and implementing an enterprise management system, providing appropriate technical recommendations, tuning databases and applications, and data management.Supports all areas of Technology and Operations. Helps lead strategic designs, initiatives, and contributes to the analysis of new and existing Bank technologies. ResponsibilitiesConsultation – Works with platform architect and process owners to provide consultative direction and technical advice relating to the Bank’s operating systems, software, and hardware infrastructure.Technical Support - Supports new technologies spanning hardware platforms, different operating systems, and database management systems.Project Management – Collaborates with platform architect and project management on assigned technical projects ensuring accurate, timely, and quality delivery of project objectives. Guides the development and execution of project tasks.Technical Expertise - Maintains a strong knowledge base in order to effectively create and maintain strategic technology plans and to direct others on technical matters. Communicates effective and clear technical information across platforms.Supports all areas of Technology and Operations. Helps lead strategic designs, initiatives, and contributes to the analysis of new and existing Bank technologies.Coordinates network communication and application and data integration methods for new technologies. Performs planning and documentation throughout support activities. Assists platform architect creating strategic designs and implementations, backup, recovery, data security, and other disaster recovery functions. Resolves complex technical problems and failures, andAutomates tasks for improved efficiencies.#LI-IK1  QualificationsBachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Systems engineer including systems programmer, scripting, troubleshooting OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Systems engineer including systems programmer, scripting, troubleshootingPreferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow proficiency in the following modules: GRC, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSMPreferred Certification: - ServiceNow Certified Master Architect This job posting is expected to remain active for 45 days from the initial posting date listed above.
