As a Mainframe Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.What you'll do:Design, develop, and implement software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes.Experience you'll need to have:4+ years of experience in software development.2+ years of experience in COBOL, Assembler, CICS or similar programming languages.2+ years of experience in SQL databases.2+ years of experience in MQ services.2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience.Experience that would be great to have:Experience in the financial services industry.Important info about this role:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
