High learning agility to embrace digital ways of working and upskill on tools to proficient levelsExceptional organizational skills and ability to drive operational rigorProven track record in leading others to execute on an aligned business strategy driving results for BrandThrives in agile environment with a strong ability to manage and navigate competing prioritiesSuperior interpersonal skills - works well as part of a cross-functional team and able to influence and interact at all levels of the organization including interfacing regularly with senior/executive leadership teamPersonal Leadership - demonstrated executive presence, presentation, influencing, and collaboration across a leadership teamChange Leadership - experience leading with and without authority to influence others and drive decision making and to achieve desired service levels
