About The Role The Senior Director, Product Operations & Digital Product Creation is a strategic and transformational leader responsible for optimizing Old Navys product-to-market pipeline and advancing digital ways of working across the global product organization to achieve improved business performance, consistent execution, and sustainable growth. This role sits at the intersection of product creation, process excellence, and digital transformationdriving the systems, tools, and operational rhythms that enable teams to deliver product with greater speed, precision, and creativity. The Senior Director will lead and collaborate with the Product Operations team, oversee product-to-market calendars and milestones, and champion digital product creation (DPC) capabilities that unlock innovation, efficiency, and collaboration across design, merchandising, production, and supply chain. This role will also drive operational discipline through rigorous management of brand product deliverables, timelines and metrics and serve as the key linchpin connecting our brand teams to our GIS & supply chain organizations. What You'll Do Lead Product-to-Market Excellence Partner with Product Operations team to oversee end-to-end product pipeline processes, ensuring alignment from concept to customer. Define and manage seasonal calendars, key milestones, and cross-functional checkpoints to drive clarity, accountability, and speed to market. Partner with Design, Merchandising, Production, Tech Design and Supply Chain to optimize workflows, drive continuous improvement, and enable agile decisionmaking. Support Product Development deliverables, reporting & analytics, and systems & tools, inclusive of cost management. Implement and embed product-to-market transformation initiatives and ways of working into the brand. Define, build and deliver process and organizational efficiencies (upskilling, automation, new ways of working) that meet brand financial objectives. Drive Digital Transformation Lead Old Navys Digital Product Creation (DPC) strategy and adoption, partnering with crossfunctional and GIS teams to deploy AI technologies, 3D design, digital sampling, and integrated PLM tools. Embed digital ways of working and systems enhancements to drive future process evolution. Support Design & Tech Design upskilling on digital tools and testing future technologies. Champion the evolution of digital capabilities and establish best practices that enhance creativity, sustainability, and efficiency. Integrate brandspecific activities with the Gap Inc. ProducttoMarket transformation & Global Supply Chain transformation roadmaps. Operational Leadership & Influence Inspire, lead and develop a highperforming crossfunctional team to deliver a high level of change and business impact and drive consistency & collaboration. Develop team capabilities that bridge current state processes into future needs through a high level of team engagement, crossfunctional collaboration and inspiring teams. Partner with the Old Navy Leadership team to build a clear roadmap & priorities that tie to longrange strategic objectives aligned to nearterm budgets and resources. Build strong partnerships across a highly matrixed organizationinfluencing senior leaders and functional teams to align on shared goals and transformation priorities. Drive performance through metrics, insights, and governance models that ensure accountability and progress toward strategic objectives. Who You Are A strategic, systems-minded leader with 12+ years of experience in product functions (merchandising, design, product development), operations, process excellence, or digital transformationideally within apparel, footwear, or consumer goods. Experience envisioning and executing strategic projects in large retail apparel companies. Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills; ability to frame new, ambiguous and complex issues; ability to generate insight through rigorous analysis. Deep understanding of product creation processes and tools (e.g., PLM, CLO3D, calendar management, data integration). Proven success leading in complex, matrixed environments and influencing across functions and levels. Strong communicator, collaborator, and change agent who thrives in fastpaced, dynamic environments. Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving complex decisions with executive management teams. Change Leadershipexperience leading with and without authority to influence others and drive decisionmaking to achieve desired service levels. Learning Agilitydemonstrated curiosity, motivated to learn new skills and knowledge. Passionate about modernizing how product is createdblending operational rigor with creative enablement. Proven ability to grow talent and manage teams at multiple levels. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Benefits at Gap Inc. Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
