Carmel, and Carlisle).Must travel to PA facilities in assigned area daily. Oversee Regional capital projects.Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below and be able to work in the described environment. Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment. Management duties including, but not limited to, hiring, training and developing, coaching and counseling, and terminating department staff as deemed necessary. May assist with performing repairs and maintenance on equipment and supplies.   Oversee regional ordering of supplies and equipment, as needed, within budgetary guidelines. Know and ensure facilities are following established safety rules and policies and procedures of the maintenance department.  Ensure regional facilities are in good repair and keep free of hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems. Ensure facilities are in compliance with Federal, State, and Local codes and laws. Perform monthly maintenance checks of the building, grounds, and facilities. Interview, make recommendations for hiring decisions, orient, train, evaluate, and supervise maintenance personnel. Ensure that corrective action is administered fairly and without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, amnesty, or veteran status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.  Ensure facility grounds look neat and cared.Remain on-call for facility emergencies. Oversee the coordination and participation of fire safety programs and fire drills.Arrange for and manage outside repair, maintenance and construction services according to procedures. Participate in budget planning for the Maintenance Department.  Oversee facility TELS Systems. Ready to take the next step in your career journey?
