This position will support all production/facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment and maintain the facility to be in excellent condition. The successful candidate must have a strong electrical and mechanical background. Application Deadline December , 5 Department Maintenance Employment Type Full Time Location Antioch, TN Address 0 Hurricane Creek Boulevard, Antioch, Tennessee, Workplace type Onsite Key Responsibilities Perform electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on complex equipment. Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of V 3 phase electrical control circuits, volt single phase, volt 3 phase supply voltage, volt ac, volt ac/dc machine control wiring, wiring motor starter, breakers, relays, switches, motor control circuits, device control circuits and PLC control systems. Running EMT. Machinery and equipment installation to include ability to read blue prints, electrical schematics, welding and sheet metal fabrication. Perform preventative maintenance as required on all systems and equipment.Maintain records to ensure accountability of time, parts and repairs to meet regulatory compliance. Skills, knowledge & expertise Qualified applicants must be at least yrs old and hold a high school diploma or GED. Strong electrical and mechanical experience preferably in a manufacturing/production environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow. Flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Advanced Vocational training in areas such as Industrial Maintenance and Electrical. Physical Requirements: Lift, carry, push, pull up to lbs. Use Ladders. Walk, stand, sit, crawl, kneel, climb up to hrs per day.
