What you'll be doing: Supplier Relationship Management (80%)• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure performance and accountability.• Lead governance routines (QBRs, steering committees, scorecards).• Monitor supplier delivery, financial health, and risk; drive improvements.• Align supplier performance with business strategy and regulatory requirements.• Identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimization. Procurement Transformation (20%)• Support process improvements and technology adoption.• Help develop supplier lifecycle frameworks and onboarding enhancements.• Drive change management and stakeholder engagement. What we’re looking for What we're looking for: Qualifications:• Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field or equivalent work experience (required) • 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or vendor governance (financial services preferred).• Experience with strategic supplier management and risk compliance (TPRM, SOX).• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.• Proficiency in procurement tools (, Ariba, ServiceNow). Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
