Krispy Kreme’s Senior Workforce Manager will be the primary person responsible for all workforce management (WFM) related items, including workforce management system configuration adjustments and shop setup. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring software is aligned with labor management goals and expectations and serve as support for US Operations. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Workforce Management & System Expertise Serve as the subject matter expert for the Workforce Management System (HotSchedules), including reporting, capabilities, and continuous improvement strategies. Lead deployment and provide administrative oversight for all WFM technologies. Lead field time and motion studies. Communicate WFM tools and processes across the organization to enhance efficiency. Reporting & Analysis Build weekly/monthly labor reports and forecasts for 200+ locations. Identify workforce optimization opportunities and ensure adherence to scheduling best practices. Develop and maintain staffing models, metrics, and analytics to support business planning. Training & Support Conduct training sessions for field leaders on system usage and labor management. Partner with field leadership to drive adoption of WFM tools and address workforce challenges. Continuous Improvement & Strategy Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams to align workforce strategies with business goals. Recommend and implement operational and staffing improvements. Oversee complex data management to enhance workforce productivity and performance. Estimated breakdown of responsibilities: 30% developing WFM strategies and optimization, 20% reporting, 20% data integrity and system enhancements, 10% Troubleshooting and support, 10% training. YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.3-5+ years of experience with WFM methodologies, correlation analysis, etc. 3-5+ years of experience with Workforce Management System administration Full understanding of and ability to create/manage forecasting, capacity planning, supply planning, scheduling and real time management processes and tools. Excellent written/verbal/interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with all levels within the organization. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effectively manages multiple priorities, projects, and workflow. Ability to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization. Perform basic math, understanding finances and cost management.
