Description  Join our in-house marketing agency as a Full Stack Web Developer and help shape B2B and B2C digital experiences. You’ll build and maintain marketing websites, tools, and applications for our plant brands, ensuring clean, scalable code and ADA-compliant, SEO-friendly sites. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions using Contentful Enterprise CMS and integrate Akeneo PIM data through Elastic Search. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain websites and web applicationsImplement Contentful Enterprise and manage integrationsEnsure site security, documentation, and business continuityCollaborate across teams from project discovery to launchStay current with web trends and continuously improve user experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).5–9 years of full-stack development experience, in an agency or corporate environment preferred.Proven experience in migrating legacy systems.Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, .NET Core/C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.Hands-on experience with Contentful Enterprise, Azure, and Elastic Search.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Manages complexity - ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Collaborates - ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.Optimizes work processes - ability to know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.  Preferred Technical SkillsCMS: Contentful EnterpriseDatabase: Microsoft SQL ServerSearch: Elastic SearchFrameworks: React, Vue.js, ASP.NET MVCLanguages: HTML, JavaScript, .NET Core/C#Cloud Platform: AzureIntegration: API development and third-party integrationsPIM System: AkeneoBonus SkillsExperience with scalable architecture and performance optimization.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to sit/stand up to 100% of the day Ability to use hands/fingers up to 100% of the daySalary Range: 90k-120k Our promise to you:Ball is a global leader in horticulture: we develop, produce, and sell plants around the world.
