Full-Stack Web Developer Publicis Groupe ANZ How You’ll Make an Impact As a Full Stack Developer on the Automation & Infrastructure team, you’ll design and develop innovative, custom tools that streamline workflows and solve real business challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, operations teams, and internal partners to understand requirements and translate them into practical, data‑driven solutions. You will contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment and support. What You’ll Achieve Build and maintain modern, responsive applications using TypeScript and leading web frameworks. Develop secure, well‑structured RESTful APIs with Node.js and frameworks such as Express and NestJS. Deliver end‑to‑end solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities. Write clean, performant, and maintainable code that adheres to standard processes. Contribute to deployment processes, system monitoring, and ongoing application support. Explore opportunities to integrate AI/ML services where they can improve efficiency or user experience. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in full‑stack web development. Strong proficiency in TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (e.g., Angular, React, Vue). Experience with Node.js and backend JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS). Solid background in building data‑driven web applications and integrating APIs. Skilled in UI/UX design with experience developing intuitive interfaces using modern libraries and custom components. Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows. Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.). Comfortable developing and deploying in Linux‑based environments. Strong troubleshooting skills with a creative problem‑solving approach. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities across diverse products and environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and an effective collaborator across teams. Why you might stand out from other talent: Experience with Docker, scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PHP), or containerized deployments. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and hands‑on experience integrating AI services or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI tools). Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD. Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions with a focus on performance and sustainability. A passion for building creative, impactful tools and a track record of delivering solutions that improve workflows or user experience. Base Salary: $62,250 - $103,750 Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
