And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: As an HR Business Partner Manager, you will play a key on-site leadership role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams. In this role, you will be responsible for building successful relationships with their business partners to execute strategy that will positively impact the Supply Chain Network. Operating within the Human Resources consulting model, you will have the opportunity to work closely with division HRBPS, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS), to execute site specific responsibilities including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture, and enterprise HR initiatives.** This position is based on-site at Jersey City, NJ Distribution Center location and partial at Lumberton, NJ Distribution Center **Required Qualifications:5+ years of progressive Human Resources experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to influence and coach at all levels of leadershipEffective organization and planning skills as well as proven analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business challenges into HR solutionsAbility to travel up to 25% (including plane travel)Preferred Qualifications: As partner to the business:Executes the HR strategy to address the current and future direction of their teamCascades site policy/practice initiativesCoaches and develops leaders to optimize performanceEfficiently manages multiple and changing HR priorities and trendsEvaluates the impact of site programs/strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of team membersAs Operations Manager:Works with COEs, leveraging enterprise resources and expertise to support siteEffectively leverages and shares key insights and actions based on HR data and metricsIn partnership with Talent Acquisition, implements proactive staffing strategies to ensure talent goals are metLeverages tools and data resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)As Cultural Ambassador:Recognizes, articulates, and helps shape site cultureSupports leader and colleague focus on engagement activitiesFacilitates finding HR solutions for difficult/urgent situationsFacilitates dialogue and discussion to align others on company values and related imperativesPreferred HR CertificationEducation:Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.NOTE: This is not a remote opportunityAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  Our people fuel our future.
