This is a hands-on apprenticeship designed to provide real-world training in regulatory compliance, security frameworks (like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), and internal operations.This is a highly competitive role within our apprenticeship program, offering a fast-track pathway to becoming a full-time Compliance Analyst or Security Analyst for top-performing candidates.What You’ll Do:Support our compliance team with day-to-day administrative taskHelp review, track, and organize documentation related to audits, policies, and internal controlAssist with client onboarding, evidence collection, and monitoring workflowLearn how to use leading compliance platforms and toolCollaborate with consultants and senior team members to ensure deadlines are metWhat We’re Looking For:A strong interest in compliance, cybersecurity, legal, or operations4-year college degree or 4 years of continuous work experience in a professional, client-facing roleExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow structured processes and learn quicklyNo prior experience in compliance required — we will train youCareer Path:This is a 12-month paid apprenticeship program at $20/hour, with a clear track to a full-time salaried Compliance Coordinator or Analyst role upon successful completion.We’re upfront about who we are: a fast-paced, high-growth startup where expectations are high and the learning curve is steep.
