The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing - Join our team at The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing as an Admissions CoordinatorProudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-time opportunity availableMonday-Friday $22-$25 an hourResponsibilities for Admissions Coordinator: Obtain the resident/guardian signature on all required permits, releases, and authorizations, etc. Conduct tours with prospective residents and their families, providing detailed information about our services, facilities, and care optionsMaintain a current listing of all residents & assigned room numbers.  Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation and manage admissions paperworkMaintain a resident waiting list in accordance with established policies & procedures.  Other duties as assignedQualifications for Admissions Coordinator:Minimum 2+ years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.Previous health care community relations experience.Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.Ability to work flexible hours as admissions and marketing responsibilities may dictateBenefits for Admissions Coordinator:Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with match Employee engagement and culture committeeCompany sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing and Healthcare Center, a 150-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
