POSITION SUMMARY Looking to make a transition to sales or have sales experience and want to assist prospects find their perfect senior living community? Integral Senior Living is looking for a sales call specialist who performs comprehensive CRM database support for sales, making daily calls, arranging tours and follow-up to assist the sales team in achieving the community's occupancy and revenue goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties are normal for this position. This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. Maintains sales database including customer/prospect files. Performs database re-engagement when assigned a community by contacting all leads and making updates to prospect records. Maintains voice to voice, email, text follow-up with prospects and updates database accordingly. Demonstrates effective telephone skills producing qualified leads and appointments. Able to work in multiple communities assigned and communicate effectively with each community's leadership. Maintains an open and ongoing dialogue with the resident and/or family by setting up agreed upon next steps. Updates community team of tours and repeat tours through email. Assists in executing marketing strategies and objectives. Assists in initial discovery that leads to touring prospective residents/guardians. Other duties as assigned. Associate degree preferred. One (1) year experience in a senior living sales administrative support role involving customer service. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. One (1) year experience in a senior living sales administrative support role involving customer service.
