Armed Security Officers Needed in Atlanta, GAArmed Security Officers Needed in Atlanta, GAWe are currently seeking Armed Security Officers to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be 18 years of age or older, a U.S. Citizen, and have a neat appearance. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass a drug screening and background investigation, have reliable transportation and phone, possess GA basic unarmed security training (24 hours) and, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Responsibilities:Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premisesPatrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gatesAnswer alarms and investigate disturbancesWrite reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrencesCall police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized personsCirculate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect propertyRequirements:18 years of age or olderU.S. CitizenNeat appearancePass a drug screeningPass a background investigationHave reliable transportation and smartphoneA valid Georgia Weapons Carry License (WCL)Professional demeanorIf you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.Security Solution of America (SSA) is one of the fastest growing security guard and patrol companies in the U.S. Our company was founded on the principle of teamwork and a desire on the part of those working here to make Security Solution of America leader in our industry.
