You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the F&I department, while also contributing to the overall success of the dealership. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in securing financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately completing all necessary paperwork, maintaining customer records, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, your goal will be to provide an exceptional customer experience and contribute to the profitability of the dealership.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in the F&I department.Knowledge of financing and insurance options for vehicle purchases.Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns.Responsibilities:Assist customers in securing financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases.Accurately complete all necessary paperwork related to vehicle financing and insurance.Maintain customer records and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle financing and insurance.Skills:In this role, you will utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers in securing financing and insurance options for their vehicle purchases.
