Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seat Safety and Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, compliance, and advanced development of our automotive seating systems. You will lead initiatives that integrate cutting-edge technology and rigorous safety standards, contributing directly to Ford's commitment to delivering world-class vehicles. You'll have...Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field).3+ years of experience in automotive safety or compliance focused on seating systems.Even better, you may have...Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related field).Demonstrated experience with automotive safety regulations (IIHS, NHTSA FMVSS 208, 210, 225, Rear Impact and UNECE).Experience with functional safety standards (., ISO 26262).Strong proficiency in CAE tools and methodologies for automotive seating.In-depth knowledge of DFMEA, SCCAF, and other quality and compliance processes.Proven leadership experience in managing technical projects and cross-functional teams.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to applyAs an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice.
