This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for executing sales initiatives to achieve overall business objectives and fostering a high-performance sales culture In This Role, You Will: Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics that align with company goals to increase bookings and ARR; including new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and upsellFacilitate the design and refinement of sales motions, methodologies, and tools to optimize sales performanceDrive the adoption of data-driven decision by setting achievable and stretch goals, as well as measure and report on results toward goalsCollaborate with executive leadership to craft and drive short-term and long-term sales tactics to improve sales performanceWork closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure end to end go-to-market strategies are executed in a cross functional mannerIdentify opportunities for new revenue streams and strategic partnerships and lead teamsEstablish and track KPIs to measure success of strategies developed and employedPresent strategic insights and performance reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
