You will support the building and organization of XPression scenes and serve as a technical point of support in the control room, helping maintain clean, organized programming throughout the show. You will be expected to take ownership over preloading and quality-checking final versions of content before delivery to the control room for both baseball and non-baseball events at Oracle Park.The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is well-organized, and communicates clearly across creative and technical teams. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Live Production, and is based at our headquarters at 24 Willie Mays Plaza in San Francisco.You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because….·You are excited working with control room technology·You are passionate about Live Production, Game Presentation, and impacting fan experience·You bring experience working in live sports, broadcasts, or scoreboard shows·You are comfortable coordinating multiple pieces of content simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow-through·You have experience building and loading XPression graphics and are comfortable supporting live troubleshooting under established workflows·You are excited about assisting in routing, playback, and scoreboard workflows·You enjoy working closely with creative teams to make their creative concepts operationally realQualifications:·Proficient knowledge of Ross Video systems including Ross Xpression, Tessera, Dashboard, Acuity Switcher preferred·Working knowledge of video broadcast equipment, Evertz Dreamcatcher, and Sony cameras preferred·Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (ie Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro) preferred·1-2 years experience working in Live Events, Sports, or Broadcast strongly preferred ·Previous experience with project management software such as Airtable, ideal but not required·Ability to work unconventional hours (ie nights, weekends, and holidays)·Ability to work on a team and meet strict deadlines required·Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment while focusing on details and maintaining quality·Basic knowledge of the game of baseball requiredWe’re Excited About You Because…·You are a team player who is excited about and has a demonstrated ability to collaborate with others ·You display effective written and verbal communication skills·You are willing to learn and take direction and feedback while maintaining a professional and positive attitude·You thrive and maintain flexibility in high-pressure situations and fast-paced work environments·You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects while staying ahead of deadlines$28 - $30 an hour
