Luminance is looking to hire into its team of Product Specialists: this team provides expertise to prospective customers and existing users, ensuring they experience a seamless execution of Luminance's technology within their own environment. As an entry‑level Product Specialist, you will play a key role in helping businesses across the world understand and adopt cutting‑edge AI technology. You will work closely with senior teams at a range of organizations — from multinational law firms and manufacturing companies to global retailers and pharmaceutical giants. You will be at the forefront of customer engagement, learning how to translate complex technology into real‑world value. Key responsibilities include supporting the Sales team to win new business, guiding prospective clients through Pre‑Sales Proof of Value (trial) projects, and collaborating with Customer Success, Support, and Technical Operations teams to help existing customers maximize their experience. Responsibilities Work with Account Executives to deliver successful Proof of Values and manage live projects from planning stages to final review. Act as an expert of Luminance's products, supporting the sales team in converting prospects. Understand the individual use cases, review requirements and needs of each prospect during the Proof of Value. Be a trusted adviser and authority on the product to the prospect during the Proof of Value. Co‑ordinate with Luminance Support and Technical Operations teams to resolve technical issues for customers. Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a STEM discipline, with a GPA of 3.5 or above; an interest in legal technology is encouraged. Highly detail‑oriented with a problem‑solving attitude. Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand, translate and simplify concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Excellent communication skills for translating between customer needs and internal teams, including Product and Engineering. Organized with excellent time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. Prior experience at a high‑growth startup — especially in Solutions or Sales Engineering — is a plus.
