In this role, you’ll oversee life safety inspections, HVAC, and overall building maintenance to ensure our residents and staff have a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. Benefits (Full-Time Employees) 401(k) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate Environmental Services staff to maintain a safe, sanitary, and attractive facility Perform and document routine life safety inspections in compliance with Federal, State, and Local codes Manage preventive maintenance and repair programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Oversee laundry services and ensure quality, efficient operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and supplies Collaborate with staff and leadership on environmental services requests and safety initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience with life safety inspections 1–2 years supervisory experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry services 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and general building systems Why Join Pine Grove Manor?
