If you re looking for more than just a job a place where your ideas matter and your contributions are valued this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesMaintain up-to-date records of financial transactionsDevelop and manage a system for financial transactions (establishing chart of accounts)Implement and oversee programs to reduce human error and streamline workloadsMaintain subsidiary accounts and balance the general ledgerPrepare financial reports and maintain historical recordsEnsure compliance with federal, state and local legal requirementsPitch in with whatever is needed as part of a small, tight-knit teamQualificationsBachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferredCPA certification is a plusProficiency in QuickBooks (must have)Computer literacy and comfort with technologyPrevious bookkeeping experience strongly preferredExperience working with multiple legal entities under different umbrellas is a plusWhy Apply?At this growing family-owned business, you re not just another employee you re part of the family.
