Bookkeeper PositionWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and supporting month-end and year-end financial processes. Key responsibilities include:Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.Maintain accurate and organized financial records.Reconcile bank and credit card statements.Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss and balance sheets, as needed.Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking, if applicable.Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.Requirements:Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and MS Office, particularly Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, clients, and team members.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Education:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
