Our culture is built on service, high standards, and supporting our people so they can perform at their best every day.Position SummaryServe as the organizational anchor for daily operationsManage priorities, communication, scheduling, and cross-office coordinationSupport company initiatives and ensure operational consistencyWork in a fast-paced environment with proactive, clear communicationBased out of the Brooklyn headquarters with weekly travel across offices in Brooklyn and Staten IslandResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage the CEO’s schedule, calendar, and daily workflowTriage emails and communicationDelegate tasks and track follow-upMaintain priorities and ensure deadlines are metAnticipate operational needs and provide proactive supportOperations & Office SupportCoordinate communication and operational needs across four office locationsMaintain consistency in daily procedures and expectationsAssist agents and staff with account setup, access, and basic tech needsCoordinate logistics, travel, and internal commitmentsMeetings & DocumentationPrepare agendas and meeting materialsTake clear and detailed notesDocument action items and track them to completionAssist with internal reporting and light operational analyticsContent & Marketing CoordinationCapture photos and short videos for company initiativesAssist with marketing updates, captions, and internal contentCoordinate with external editors or marketing partnersReal Estate Support (Training Provided)Learn to run CMAs and basic valuation reportsAssist with MLS tools, CRM systems, and transaction workflowsRequirementsExperience3+ years in an Executive Assistant or administrative support roleExperience supporting senior leadership strongly preferredReal estate experience helpful but not requiredSkillsHighly organized with strong time-management skillsClear written and verbal communicationProfessional, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive informationTech-savvy and quick to learn new systemsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with CMAs, MLS systems, or CRM platformsExperience with social media or content creationExperience with Google WorkspaceComfort with project management tools like Monday.comStrong interpersonal and situational awarenessBenefitsCompensation & Benefits$60,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experienceTravel stipendPaid time offGrowth opportunities in operations, marketing, and strategic supportWork EnvironmentFull-time, on-site at Brooklyn office locationsWeekly travel across Brooklyn and Staten IslandFast-paced, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace Why RE/MAX EdgeThis is your opportunity to join a respected brokerage where your work directly enhances the agent and client experience.
